Service 01 · From spreadsheet to system
The system your business already runs. It is just held together by spreadsheets.
We build the software your team is currently doing by hand — quoting, scheduling, stock, reporting — as a proper system that one person cannot walk out the door with.

The manual process, rebuilt · placeholder
Most businesses do not need software. They need the specific thing they keep doing badly to stop being manual.
Off-the-shelf packages assume your business works the way the vendor imagined. When it does not, you end up with staff keeping a second set of records in Excel to make the software usable — and that spreadsheet becomes the real system.
We start by watching the actual process. What gets typed twice, what lives in someone's head, where the delays are. Then we build only the part that pays for itself, and connect it to what you already have rather than replacing everything.
Custom business software built around how your team actually works.
MOD 01
Process mapping
We document how the work is done now, including the workarounds nobody talks about.
MOD 02
Custom application
Built on a modern, supported stack — not a platform you have to license forever.
MOD 03
Data migration
Existing spreadsheets and records moved in and cleaned up, not left behind.
MOD 04
Integration
Connected to your accounting, phone system or website where it saves duplicate capture.
MOD 05
Role-based access
Staff see what they need. Sensitive records stay restricted and auditable.
MOD 06
Handover & training
Documentation and sessions with the people who will use it daily.
Scoped, then built in stages.
01 / Scope
Sit in on the work
A short discovery to see the process rather than be told about it.
02 / Spec
Fixed written scope
What it does, what it does not, and a fixed price against it.
03 / Build
Built in stages
You see working software early, not a demo at the end.
04 / Run
Support agreement
Fixes, changes and hosting on a monthly retainer.
- Do we own the software?
- Yes. The code is yours, delivered to a repository you control. There is no licence that stops working if you stop paying us.
- How long does a first build take?
- A focused first version is usually six to twelve weeks. We deliberately keep the first release small so it is in use while we build the rest.
- What if we already have a system?
- Then we usually extend or connect to it rather than replace it. Rebuilding something that works is a waste of your money.
